Job Description
• Responsible for document management - provision of common templates, naming standards and maintenance of program files and deliverables
• Responsible for information security activities following IBM Standard data security and privacy policy
• Responsible for communication by generating and facilitating a forum for the sharing of program information including generation and presentation of program report deliverables and internal knowledge sharing
• Responsible for monitoring planned program tasks and milestones including dependencies between program projects
• Responsible for change control by formally requesting changes to the program baseline and assessing the impact of those changes and tracking the implementation of the approved amendments
• Responsible for manual tracking and reporting of application maintenance activities
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree of any related field
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience as Project Management Officer / Project Support Officer / Project Administrator in Software Development / IT projects
• Experience in Project Financial background is a plus
• Experience in handling VISA & Work Permit is preferable
• Have some experience in Financial / Banking projects will be advantage
• Well-organized, highly reliable, independent, service minded, willing to learn and work in a fast pace working environment
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point
• Proficient in Excel formula, pivot, graphs & etc.
• Good command of English: Writing, Translation, Reading, Speaking
