Job Responsibilities

Monitors online security (Infrastructure) for users and networks and takes (95% Internal User – 5% External User // Remote Support)

- Prioritize IT-related problems as they come in to Help Desk, Conference Room and escalate when necessary

- Assign problems/tasks to tech support specialists

- Regularly analyze and review logs to determine if problems are imminent and develop solutions before they occur

- Analyze situations and determine resources needed to solve them

- Make decisions quickly, often with limited information
-
- Ensures all users benefit from effective technology and efficient Internet access, and continually assesses needs and requirements

- Organized support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields (Top Universities)

Age 35 < 45 yrs

Manage Team < 10 people and can operate by himself

Exp in handle Team for support

- Minimum 3 years experience in management level
