Job Description

  • Monitors online security (Infrastructure)  for users and networks and takes  (95% Internal User – 5% External User  // Remote Support)

  • Prioritize IT-related problems as they come in to Help Desk, Conference Room and escalate when necessary

  • Assign problems/tasks to tech support specialists

  • Regularly analyze and review logs to determine if problems are imminent and develop solutions before they occur

  • Analyze situations and determine resources needed to solve them

  • Make decisions quickly, often with limited information

  • Ensures all users benefit from effective technology and efficient Internet access, and continually assesses needs and requirements

  • Organized support, troubleshooting, and repair for IT equipment and networks

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields (Top Universities)

  • Age 35 < 45 yrs

  • support user all of company + some customer

  • Manage Team < 10 people and can operate by himself

  • Exp in handle  Team for support

  • Minimum 3 years experience in management level

  • Strong leadership and decision making skills

  • Troubleshoot software operating system

  • Creative, hardworking, initiative, positive attitude toward team working

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Proficiency in office PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint and word)
