Job Description
- Managing part of the recruitment cycle for multiple disciplines (receiving job requirements onward)
- Drive business development and sales activities through developing business networking and relationship with corporate clients.
- Close tracking and monitoring of sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of the business unit.
- Handle recruitment assignments including screening applicants, sending applications to the manager, scheduling interviews, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Actively search candidates on the market via job portals.
- Present fully screened and qualified candidates in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and manage the communication between applicants, hiring manager and others to ensure smooth processes.
- Assist with coordinating and or attending external parties (e.g. university, exhibitions) to expand the recruitment activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree's in any field welcome.
- At least 3 years experience of recruitment, sales or relevant recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment.
- Basic - Good command English is required (written / verbal)
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- Ability to work pro-actively, independently and on own initiative.
- Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a Recruitment sales team to grow the business.
