Job Description
· -Communication and Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Prepare and distribute financial reports, earnings releases, and other relevant information to keep investors informed about the company's financial performance, business strategies, and developments
· -Investor Engagement: Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and other events to present the company's financial performance and growth prospects, answering questions and addressing concerns from the investment community
· -Shareholder Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential shareholders, responding to inquiries and keeping them informed about company news, events, and corporate actions (e.g., dividends, stock splits)
· -Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including disclosure obligations and reporting standards set by relevant stock exchanges or regulatory bodies
· -Market Intelligence: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and investor relations best practices to make informed decisions and enhance the company's investor relations strategy
· -Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with finance, legal, marketing, and other internal departments to gather accurate information and craft consistent messaging for external stakeholders
· -Data Management: Maintain accurate records of shareholder information, investor contacts, and communication activities to ensure smooth communication and reporting processes
· -Investor Presentations: Create presentations for financial conferences, earnings calls, and other investor-related events, highlighting the company's financial performance and growth strategy
· -Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with securities laws, exchange rules, and other relevant regulations related to investor relations and disclosure
Job Responsibilities
· -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,or Accounting
· -At least 3-5 years’ experience in Investor Relations, Financial or Business analyst role
· -Good command of English communication, writing, and speaking as well as presentation skill
· -Understanding the mechanism in equity markets
· -Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
· -Be able to travel when required
· -Outgoing, friendly, positive and socialpersonality
