Job Description

  • Spearhead and oversee the Offline Marketing team, guaranteeing flawless planning and execution of all events and promotional booth activations.

  • Source, negotiate, and administer prime, high-traffic retail spaces across key shopping centers and commercial venues.
  • Cultivate robust partnerships with mall leasing departments and executive stakeholders to procure premium locations and attain optimal contractual terms.
  • Formulate long-range offline marketing and retail expansion strategies that are precisely aligned with the firm's overarching growth imperatives.
  • Maintain an acute awareness of evolving offline retail trends, leveraging these critical insights to drive new expansion and growth avenues.
  • Act as the primary liaison for all internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and ensuring unified project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough performance analysis of all offline initiatives and expansion projects, delivering data-driven, actionable recommendations for continuous optimization.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience of 5 years in driving offline marketing, retail expansion, or large-scale event promotion.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage teams, including promoters, event staff, and field personnel.
  • In-depth, hands-on experience in negotiating with mall leasing authorities and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Solid grasp of retail space planning, layout optimization, and visual design principles.
  • Exceptional bilingual proficiency in both Thai and English, particularly in advanced communication and negotiation.
  • Highly strategic mindset with the proven capability to align detailed operational execution with overarching business goals.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and highly effective working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
