Job Requirements
- Work independently on medium to large-size projects/solutions.
- Understand client and solution requirements end to end and recommend a better solution to the customer.
- Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
- Analyze the business process, identify problems,s and design business process/system design to support operational efficiency.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Work with the development team on Project Development Life Cycle / Agile Methodology
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions
- Support for the development of Operations Processes and review from a Systems perspective
- Execution Test – support with requirements clarifications, defects impact & resolution
- Conduct system reviews and quality reviews.
